This page hosts materials for the Spring 2010 LAW 791 Technology Standards Seminar at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. The course is held on Monday afternoons from 3:30 to 5:25pm, beginning January 25 and ending April 26, 2010, in room 102 of the Law Library on ASU’s Tempe campus.
(If interested, a limited number of students enrolled in the seminar will also be able to attend a “Standards and Consortia Roundtable” on January 14, 2010. The Roundtable is a forum where invited participants from academia, industry, and law firms will collaboratively discuss and evaluate some of the current issues associated with forming and operating technology standards development organizations and similar technology consortia. Students might identify opportunities to perform their Seminar research in collaboration with the leading academics and industry representatives attending the Roundtable. Interested students should contact Brad ASAP.)
