StandardsLaw.org is currently primarily focused on serving as “home base” for a law school seminar course, being taught for the first time in Spring 2010.   Secondarily, it is a site where legal developments related to standards and industry specifications can be compiled and documented, although to date efforts along these lines have been limited.

I am teaching the two-unit course “Technology Standards Seminar” at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in Spring 2010.  I am an Adjunct Professor at ASU Law and Standards Counsel for Intel Corporation (more about me here).  Any views expressed on StandardsLaw.org (or via the StandardsLaw account on Twitter) are my personal opinions, however, and should not be attributed to ASU or to Intel.

Course materials are found here.
